Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days.

Exchange - We will pay for return shipping when you exchange your product for one worth equal or greater value. NO Restocking fee!

Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Please note: All product must be in resalabe condition. We cannot accept returns for AED's or other products that are not in orgional box.

• Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization N's of umber (RMA).
  
• Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
  
• AED's must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.

If you receive your product and it is damaged in any way, you have 5 days to contact us to report it. If reported beyond 5 days after delivery, the assumption is made that the item was damaged after it was delivered and we cannot replace it.If you need to return an item please use our Live Support Link or fill out the form below.
